Kaede's one and only father. Despite their misgivings over one another, Kaede is close to him and is the only family she has left in Death City. She currently resides with him and Barnaby at Death City Heights.

Ah Barnaby, one of the things closest to Kaede's fangirl heart. Despite not knowing each other well they seem to get along well enough. Barnaby even manages to humor her along the way. She currently lives wit him and Kotetsu in Death City Heights.

One of her father and Barnaby's friends, Kaede became fond of the girl quickly, especially since she helped her out a lot on her first day in Death City. She disappeared once and came back and has disappeared yet again. Still, Kaede thinks she may return one day.

Kaede intially met Tenten over the network about clothes and now it has transcended into daily morning training meetings. She is her current insturctor, teaching her the ways of the sword.

The very first person Kaede met when she was brought into Death City. They don't talk much, but Kaede is grateful for all the help she gave to her.

Another person from near her hometown. Coworkers with her guardians. Yuri is always willing to give Kaede in the time of need.

Another coworker friend of her guardians. Sarah is there for Kaede to get in touch with her girly spunky side and to annoy those who take of her. She would like to meet her in person though and not just on the network
